Middle PR & SMM Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and creative SMM Specialist to join our marketing team and help grow our iGaming brands — Big Betty and Basement Boys. If you’re passionate about social media, understand platform dynamics, and know how to spark engagement through content, this role is for you.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
• Monitor and analyze the social media activity of competitors and partners
• Research and collect best-in-class content examples from leading brands
• Collaborate on content plans and creative formats
• Generate ideas for engaging and viral social content
• Write clear and structured task briefs for designers and copywriters
• Use GPT tools to streamline content creation and boost productivity
• Propose and support contests, collaborations, and community activations
• Track industry awards and submit entries according to plan
• Create and manage the publication of SMM news (company updates, team news, product launches, and other social media-worthy announcements)

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ year of experience in social media management (iGaming experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
• Understanding of platform-specific formats and engagement strategies
• Ability to write content briefs and evaluate visual materials
• English proficiency (B1+)
• Creative mindset and strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of SEO and social media analytics is a plus
• Organized, responsible, and eager to take initiative
