We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in traffic acquisition, campaign optimization, and performance analysis across various ad platforms.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Buy traffic through CPM and CPC models from diverse sources (teaser and push networks).
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics daily (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI).
- Discover and evaluate new traffic sources and innovative marketing approaches.
- Create comprehensive reports and utilize analytics tools (UTM parameters, trackers, analytics platforms).
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- At least 1 year of experience in media buying and traffic acquisition.
- Solid understanding of CPC and CPM models, along with key performance metrics like CTR, eCPM, and ROI.
- Experience with advertising platforms including Reddit, PropellerAds, MGID, and similar networks.
- Expertise in implementing UTM parameters, Postback, and conversion tracking.
- Proven track record in traffic analysis, report creation, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong commitment to budget management and meeting deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
